Salzgitter AG will be showcasing itself as one of the leading German steel and technology groups at this year’s Hannover Messe from April 20 to 24. Once again, the Group's stand (Hall 12, Stand E83) will focus on the transformation to green steel and our SALCOS® program. Salzgitter AG is making good progress in this future-oriented field as work on the SALCOS construction site progresses and is planning to ramp up production in 2027.
Infrastructure and defense are also featuring as important topics for Salzgitter AG. In this context, we will be presenting our comprehensive product portfolio for the construction sector at the trade fair stand with our Initiative Construction – supported by a strong internal network that enables products, advice, services and logistics to be provided from a single source.
At the same time, the focus in Hanover will be on Salzgitter AG Defence, where all of Salzgitter AG's activities for the security and defense industry will be bundled. We are combining a broad product portfolio here that offers tubes, components and other solutions in addition to safety steels. In connection with the TL approval (Technical Delivery Conditions) for SECURE safety steels, the Salzgitter Group is currently one of the few German suppliers approved for use by the German Armed Forces.
In addition to Salzgitter AG and its subsidiaries, the Hydrogen Campus Salzgitter, which is committed to the promotion and development of pioneering hydrogen technologies, will once again be on location at the trade fair stand. Interested visitors can also learn more about the numerous career opportunities within the Salzgitter Group.
