With the all-new Initiative Construction now kicking off, Salzgitter AG is pooling its expertise for the German construction sector and positioning itself as a reliable partner for the implementation of the infrastructure package adopted by the German government. The initiative combines the product- and service portfolio of the Group companies and addresses the central requirements of modern infrastructure- and construction projects.

Salzgitter AG is providing many solutions for the construction industry along the entire value chain: from section steel- and heavy plate solutions to tubes and flat steel – and all the way through to technical customer advice and logistics. The material meets both the requirements of a modern construction industry and the stricter regulatory framework conditions, thereby making an important contribution to the sustainable modernization of German infrastructure.
